FAi is a Cleveland based architecture, interior design, and planning firm with a keen focus on client, team member, and community needs. Our company currently employs eleven full-time personnel, four of which are licensed architects, and we have an additional staff member currently sitting for their professional licensing exams.
Brian Fabo founded FAi in 1998 as President and Principal Architect. Our team of registered architects holds licensure in 42 states and is accredited by both the AIA and USGBC. Since it’s inception, FAi has worked on over 8,000 projects and continues to add projects to that list. We are very proud of the products that we deliver to our clients and strive to improve deliverables with every project.
Fabo Architecture strives to develop deep personal relationships over time with our clients while providing value-based services. Our highest priority is client satisfaction and our goal is to build a long relationship with the client. FAi also realizes that our team members are our greatest asset, and our goal is to promote an atmosphere that fosters growth and success for them. We will work with each team member in establishing a growth plan tailored to his or her own professional and personal development. We believe in giving back to the community, encouraging all team members to be generous with their resources (time, talent, and treasure) for the betterment of our community. As part of this philosophy, FAi will provide time and monetary support to various agencies of interest relative to corporate profitability.

Tyler Rice
Prior to joining Fabo Architecture in 2015, Tyler developed his architectural skills and interior design skills while working for two Ohio based architect firms and Miami University. While Tyler has worked on projects across a diverse background, his primary areas of interest are adaptive re-use architecture, residential architecture, and interior design. Tyler enjoys remodeling homes. The projects he undertakes reflect his personal interests in architecture. If not engaged in home remodeling projects you may find Tyler working on one of his cars or attending a nearby car enthusiast event.
